Not really an animation, but a very cool little game / prototype thing:
The environments in the cinematics look great, but the faces & facial movement sit very much in the uncanny valley for me. The distant gaze of the eyes, changes in eye direction without blinking at times, some lines without emotional emphasis, disconnection between body movements & face, etc. The faces look great, they’ve just got to move great now.
The game on the whole is looking great though, with great attention to detail. Check out this leg movement when rotating the camera while on horseback.
